Charged me $133 for a oil filter that's $19.99 at advanced auto lye to me and told me I needed to replace the down pipe on my turbo told me $500 then had the front desk lady tell me $600 and all it was was the turbo clamp was loose and stole my tools out my truck don't come here they're crooks
Despite the negative reputation from some of the other shops in the area, I used this shop. Without getting into much detail, I left that shop still needing the services of a competent mechanic. They obviously have some vehicles they are familiar with so if you don't have a Powerstroke Diesel vehicle, I would advise you to find another shop.
The whole staff has been courteous and helpful with getting an old truck I bought straightened out. I feel like they're honest people who do their jobs well and know what they're doing.
Shop rates seem reasonable and they will get the work done quickly.
Had a 96 cobra with 29k original miles. T.J. Reynolds was the ONLY person I trusted with her the 3 years I owned her. He put a Ford racing clutch with flywheel in at 21k miles at 28k miles replaced valve seals and she's ran great every sense. They don't only do diesels!!!!
Went to get some gauges installed and it took 3 days , due to a bad sensor. Few hours later the gauges stopped working due to extra fuse they added and didn't put on tight until I missed with the fuse panel. Also they want to charge you $20 for shop supplies when I gave them everything, pillar gauges and fuse including the drill bit I bought and didn't get back !! Which wasn't free. On my passenger side wheel cover is missing a screw.
I've always supported small business, and I'll continue to support this one if the work they perform stays up to par.
