We went in as a family for a funeral and the way she greated us ,was not friendly, my father -n-love wanted a ribbon on the casket spray ,"loving wife" she said that they didn't do that and it didn't look right, he was disapointed, and I ordered a basket already fixed and asked for grandchildren to be on the ribbon the problem is when it finally came after the viewing started it was not in a basket just a bow with out grandchildren on the ribbon, I was not happy so I called her this morning and she sternly said that it was sent in a basket and she made the call not to put grandchildren on the ribbon it wouldn't look right, I politely said that was not her decission to do that whether it looked right or not, so then I told her I wanted to send the picture of the plant and how it looked, so I did , she responded with it didn't look that way when it left her shop she would call the funeral home I asked her to let me know what she found out, she didn't call me back did after 30 min. I called her back she blamed the funeral home said the basket was in the back , she said they would fix it ,mind you she never once apoplogized not even for leaving off grandchildren, she actually got very snappy with me to the point of down right rude , i told her that my mom has been in the florist bussiness and always accommodates her customers no matter what they want and she said to me then I should have gotton my mom to do the work ,well i was shocked with her attitude to say the least ,i said to her that she would have but she was 7 hours away, so she said to me rudely was there any thing else she could do ,I said yes watch how she was speaking to me and she just got worse and tried to blame me I was going to mention another piece that was ordered by my sister-n-love they wanted her small high heel shoes on the wreath for a center piece and when she saw it she was upset , the shoes were at the bottom of the stand near the floor you couldn't tell they were even with the spray but that is for my sister-in-love to say so I didn't bother to mention that so I hung up with her, it wasn't worth her, I am so vey upset with how she treated a grieving family and that she didn't go out of her way to accomidate is ,we gave her a lot of business but never again, shoo very dissapointed and that she was not sorry at all! It was not just one thing it was 3 and no apology that is why I am so upset.

I wanted a local florist for my very good friend's funeral. I wanted the flowers to be really pretty. I called, and the person who took my order was so helpful in helping me pick out what kind of arraignment I wanted. I picked a reef with pink and white flowers. It was so beautiful!!! They did such a good job, and were so nice, and helpful. I would very highly recommended Peggy's to everyone.
