I brought my son in to get a haircut. We told them he likes to keep it long on top and in the front. I told them to err on the long side. That we DO NOT want it short. We were VERY specific. They did NOT listen at all!! They chopped his hair & just kept hacking away at it. I said repeatedly it was too short. They just kept on cutting. Apparently I should have yelled and grabbed the scissors to make them stop, but we were in public. My son is very upset. He has to wear a beanie everyday until it grows out. It is the worst haircut I have ever seen. Not only is it nothing we asked for, it is uneven. One side is shorter than the other. It is frustrating bc once they cut it too short there is NOTHING that can be done. These people need to learn how to listen & not just do what they want to do. Hideous haircut. Will NEVER go back!!!!
I went to the Smartstyles to get my hair washed. There was another lady standing at the register on her phone so figured she had already been assisted so waited. Misha was working on a client's hair putting in a perm and the location of her station you can not easily see the counter. Once she realized there were people at the front she came over to greet us and apologized she didn't see us there. This is my second visit here and each time received excellent customer service and they always give you their honest opinion.
Called and made an appointment. Showed up, they said they had no record of it and I would have to wait 40 min for the 3 people in front of me. Walked right out since such unprofessional people are not getting any of my business. Go to great clips at barrow crossings, much friendlier service and their online check in actually works.

Called four times in an hour to make an appoint, the line was busy the whole time. Just showed up and the phone is off the hook. Ive been in line for 10 mins with no help, a line is forming behind me. Ive had time to stand here and wright a review... I would say this is the worst service ever but that would hint at getting service. When I went to find service Misha just brushed me away. I told here Id been waiting for over 10mis and she just sucked her teeth and looked at me, never said a word. Walmart Quality Service here people.
