I would rate this hospital below Zero. I experienced the same thing incredibly rude and lazy Nurses. Doctors with patients there are making a serious mistake. You are putting peoples lives at risk by the cross contamination and the filth. I have never seen such deplorable conditions and extremely rude staff. I also heard gossiping about my families situations and others. God forbid if you get admitted you need to run for your life and go to the nearest Animal Hospital. A Veterinarians clinic is cleaner and more polite. Also you will starve the food is disgusting. Didn't know you could mess up mixed vegetables. You can. Nurses are lazy. On Cellphones with personal calls or watching videos and ignore you. I won't go into further detail. Medical records refused as well. You will most likely get an infection. Also staff running out of room talking about they are to busy will be back and your lucky if they do. ROSE in respiratory was the only helpful staff we came across. Close the doors and clean the facility and replace the rude staff.
Heard a rumor about this place getting better, and that's a total lie. Went with my mom who was complaining about ovary pain, after about SIX HOURS of being there they send her off with basically nothing, saying it's stomach pain (it's not). Come to find out at the doctor's office upstairs that based on the CT scan that was done at the ER, my mom had a kidney stone and 2 cysts on her ovary. This was the scan done AT THE ER, and they said nothing! This place is a joke.
This hostipal is the worse place I have ever seen. I had to go to the ER at 4 AM because I Could not breathe had pain in my chest and could not stop coughing with my throat so raw it was about to bleed. The ER was completely disgusting even down to my bed sheet which had nasty spots on it as if it had not been changed and the male nurse asked me to lay on it and I told him I’m not being rude but that sheet is dirty and I am not laying on it. He was not happy about changing it. The doctor ordered me one 4 milligram steroid tablet and a breathing treatment. The doctor stated to me that I have bronchitis and I will just have to tough it out there’s nothing else he could do for me. Four hours later I had to go to a different doctor because I was still having pain in my chest and could not breathe and found out that I have I had a severe upper respiratory infection and bronchitis. I made a complaint to the hospital and they sent a letter stating they have reviewed my case and feels as if the doctor did everything for me and will not wave my $150 copay that I asked for because I did not get proper treatment and had to miss two days of work unpaid. This place needs to be shut down.
Ever since Northeast Georgia took over I've been hearing about how much this hospital has improved. Ha yea right. You wait forever and even after 3 hours you're still waiting. Drive a little out of your way and go to Braselton or Gainesville or Athens or Gwinnett or anywhere that is not this pathetic excuse of a hospital
I would rather not give a star but then u can't post.. Went this morning my left knee was swollen from falling off motorcycle. The Dr never looked at it. They xrayed it and handed me my discharge papers without my referred for a orthaprdic doctor. No medicine either. I wouldn't take my animals there
