I'm only staying with this insurance company for the time being because they were the cheapest but once they go up I will definitely go elsewhere. The service is horrible. I'm always dealing with someone who doesn't know what they're doing or doesn't do what they say they will. Brad was very helpful at the beginning... but once he got my business everything he was supposed to follow up on hasn't been done unless I bring it to his attention. I've been following up and reminding him for about a month now which isn't MY job to do so. If you say you're going to do something then do it and don't slack off and hope the client will NOT follow up because trust me, I will follow up!
