Decent place to sleep. Second floor smells like smoke. But the rooms aren't that bad.
Rough neighborhood. Room and hallway smelled like smoke despite no smoking rooms. Fridge was broken. Business center is a computer in the lobby with no printer. But it was quiet and they honored the do not disturb.
Stayed here for a week for business , WORST STAY OF MY LIFE. On night one , I come to the hotel after working 13 hours and there were 10 men outside loitering just smoking and blaring their music. Then I go inside and get all the way to my room to find out my key doesn't work and my 'do not disturb' sign is gone . I proceed to go to the front desk and get an attitude from some old white male that's bald on the top of his head. I finally get in my room and house keeping has moved all of my belongings, I put the do not disturb sign on my door FOR A REASON. Day two my key doesn't work , YET AGAIN. Then I have to go back downstairs to get attitude from the same old white man at the front desk. His response to everything was "I don't know and I don't care, all I know is I got here at 3pm." The breakfast here is also disgusting. The only plus to this hotel was the male who checked me in. He was a male with ' salt and pepper' hair. Thanks to him! I also informed him how bad the night service is. Coming into the hotel to find the staff relaxing in the lobby with their feet propped watching tv. NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. The company is wasting their money on renovations. They obviously need to be worried about finding better employees first. 0/10. Do not stay at this hotel.
Had a small issue with my reservation (on my end) and the clerk was very rude would not listen to what I had to say told me he would walk to the back and I can figure out what I was trying to do. Although I'm not a hotel clerk and I'm not sure of the hotel jargon he could have understood my issue and help me through it however he decided not to because he was frustrated. Also the hotel room itself is clean but the carpet has lots of stains and looks like paint splatter thank goodness I'm only here a couple of days.11/30/2017
No elevator my handicap mother had to take stairs, dirty, phone doesn't work,non smoking rooms smell like smoke, rooms are hot, air wasn't on and wouldn't turn on. And we aren't picky. Only stay if you have NO other option.
