We used this company once with success. Based on that we referred them to a friend and the company no showed and never called. They did the same to us this week. This is not the kind of company that our community needs to support.
They supposedly "fixed" our issue. When it failed withing the first 2 uses, their answer was, "this unit isn't made to last very long anyway. It worked when I left."
