The Black lady Brenda who works there is the rudest nastiest woman I've ever come in contact with it almost shocking! I'm very kind hearted and nice yet this lady is very rude to me when I come there. If it were not for my job requiring me to come there and dropping off mail I would never come in there or do business with them at all. Her attitude is very nasty and cold hearted I immediately feel her negative vibes as soon as I see her. It's amazing she's still employed with such an respectable company.
I'm thoroughly dissatisfied and fed up. I've spoken to the district manger about this situation and the past and it's ;like talking to a brick wall. Evidently they simply don't care!!
The Winder Post office is the worst I've aver dealt with. I sell on eBay and spend about $7,00 a year in USPS shipping costs. Brenda, the African American woman, at the counter, couldn't be more rude if she tried. The mail carriers don't scan your packages in when they pick them up like they're supposed to and the Postmaster won't even talk to you about the problem. He should be fired and someone who can straighten out his mes should be brought in.
I went to this place to ask about where a package was because my tracking information said that there was animal inference (I have a kitten.) and the African woman was the rudest witch ever! Not at all helpful! If she doesn't like her job then she should quit! That and it would be nice if they answered their damn phones so ppl wouldn't have to go down and deal with that cow!
We once had a large package being delivered to our house and instead of putting it by the door the mail lady shoved it into the mailbox, knocking it over in the process. That wasn't such a big deal; it was old and needed to be replaced, but she did a hit and run; she didn't even bother leaving a note or knocking on the door or anything.
