Love this place with the new and old owner!!! This has been my only Chinese place for years! I have been coming here since before I was pregnant with my daughter who is 6 now. They are always the kindest! My daughter is in love with the egg drop soup with the extra crunches. I went to pick up my order today and when I get home she had placed an extra soup and crunchies for my daughter!! Always great service and the BEST food!! 10 STARS!! ❤
Don't get me wrong, the food is the best Chinese food I've ever had.... the one star is for service and wait. Ever since Anita, the owner has left the place in charge of another woman, it has got to be the worst and slowest service Anywhere.
1- back in December I placed a Togo order on my way home when I was 35 min away. I was told 20 min to be ready. When I got there, I expected my food to be ready... but was told it would be another 25 min. So I waited in the truck for 30 minutes, went in to get it and was shocked that they hadn't even started. I ended up waiting a total of 1 and a half hours to get my food, while my family sat at home waiting on me and the food. I didn't get home with it till after 930!! When I asked for Anita's number to complain, she said she didn't have a way to reach her. Whatever
The food is amazing and the services is great and friendly. I have a full belly and feel happy..
They were slow as hell. Took an hour to get our food and we were the first ones to order. People behind us got their food before us . I do NOT reccomend !!
2- went on a Sunday afternoon thinking the lunch rush would be done. It still didn't matter, service is SLOW! Had to ask her 5 time over 20 minutes for a lemon.
