If I could give this place zero stars, I most definitely would! WORST. PLACE. EVER. I've been in some pretty bad places, but this blows every other place out of the water. I lived in a European country that was dictated under Communism for several years.. so trust me, I have tough skin to a lot of things. I don't make complaints easily, I let a lot of things slip by. This place is filled with the most unprofessional people I've ever met. To be honest, I'm not even sure 90% of the nurses even went to school.. they were so confused, didn't know what to do and I was basically telling them what needed to be done. One specific nurse had herpes (her lip was filled with red bumps and had puss coming out of them) yet she was still touching and interacting with patients!! The place was dirty, not sure the last time someone broomed (dead roaches, leaves, etc) People at the front desk ignore you and will continue their personal call for 30+ minutes while you wait to be assisted. Then when they finally get off the phone, they treat you like you're a bother to them. DO NOT GO HERE. I was warned it's a bad place, but I have an emergency problem come up and I didn't think it'd be THIS bad. This place needs to be shut down asap.
The nurse's are very sweet
At time i went in there to get pregnancy Medicaid bc i had just found out i was pregnant again, my son was about 8 months old at the time and they gave me the most disgusting look bc i was pregnant again and then they asked me if my children had the same father and i replied with no bc they don't and they looked at me like i was so trash or something!
This was excellent! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I received the services I needed, no judgement. There was no charge for the procedure. I was able to call on Monday, had the appointment on Tuesday, couldn't have been easier. Highly recommend this Health Department!
This facility is clean and well maintained. The staff is professional and very helpful. Carol Lumpkin is an amazing Nurse practitioner and I would highly recommend her for anyone considering family planning. This facility offers many services for the area and I was impressed.
